Applicants must apply with the city in which they reside and provide a valid Minnesota Drivers License or Minnesota Identification Card with their current address.

Requirements and how to apply:
- Applicant must be a resident of the City of Centerville, Circle Pines, or Lexington.
- Application must be filled out completely, including all required months and dates of prior residences. Incomplete applications will be denied.
- Applicant must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun.
- Have you ever served in the armed forces of the United States? If the answer is "yes" and applying for a new permit, then attach a legible copy of your DD214 with the application.
