*CURFEW:
The Curfew of children 17 and under is as follows:
- Under Age 12 - The curfew is Sunday through Thursday 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. and Friday and Saturday 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Ages 12 through 14 - The curfew is Sunday through Thursday 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. and Friday and Saturday 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Ages 15 through 17 - The curfew is Sunday through Thursday 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. and Friday and Saturday midnight to 5 a.m.
It is unlawful for juveniles under the age of 18 to be present in any public place during the days and times listed above. Exceptions include parental or guardian supervision, or an emergency.
*PARKING:
What are the Parking Restrictions?
- Circle Pines and Lexington - No parking from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. from November 1st through April 1st on residential streets.
- Centerville - No parking from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. year round on residential streets.
A "no tag request" can be obtained by contacting your city hall. A "no tag request" is a special variance that allows for parking during no parking times. Violators will be ticketed and could be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
*PATCH COLLECTORS
Does the Centennial Lakes Police Department sell, exchange or give away shoulder patches?
Shoulder patches and badges are official symbols of the police department, and are paid for at taxpayer expense. Due to security concerns and the costs to purchase, package and mail patches, the Centennial Lakes Police Department does not sell, exchange or give away shoulder patches.

Do I need to obtain a permit to go door to door and sell items?
Yes.
Centerville - A permit will need to be obtained from the City of Centerville City Hall 651-429-3232.
Lexington - A permit will need to be obtained from the City of Lexington City Hall 763-784-2792.
Circle Pines - A visit to the Centennial Lakes Police Department (763-784-2501) will be required, along with the following information:
- List of workers selling door to door.
- List of Drivers Licenses of all drivers.
- Provide type of vehicle and vehicle license plates.
- Proof of business letter.
- Dates and times in area.
- Description of product being sold.
